ReplyDeleteTreatment chit is a paper that prove to the employee who is under your Company. It use to write down the employee name, ID, with Company Stamp, person in-charge's signature. It is prepare by Clinic not Company.
DeleteWhen the employee bring the treatment chit to the Clinic, they just can bill the medical fee to the Company.
