debit the Account, shall be subject to verification by the Bank. We hereby
agree that the Bank at its sole discretion may reject the debit authorization
herein for any reason including but not limited to the reasons stated in item 3
below.

We hereby irrevocably agree that the Bank shall
be under no obligation whatsoever to debit the Account and effect the payment
in the event that:-
a) There is any discrepancy between the amount
stated in the pay-in-slip, this Letter of Authorization and the prescribed
forms required by the relevant statutory body; and/or.
b b) There are insufficient funds in the Account to
effect the payment.
